Return Policy
At ABC Imprenta, our goal is to offer you high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free return policy.
Cases where returns apply:
Defective or damaged product:
If the product you received is damaged or defective, you have the right to request a full refund. Simply notify us within 7 business days after receiving the product.
Incomplete product:
If your order arrives incomplete or missing items, we will refund the total value of the order or replace the missing product, depending on your preference. Please contact us within 7 business days to process the return.
Delivery delay:
If the product does not arrive within the agreed delivery time, we offer a full refund, provided you inform us within 7 business days after the delivery deadline.
Incorrect size product:
If the product does not meet the size specifications agreed upon at the time of ordering, we will refund the amount or exchange it for the correct size. To do so, you must contact us within 7 business days after receiving the order.
Return Procedure:
Contact: Send us an email at info@abcimprenta.com with the order details and the reason for the return. You can also call us at 963 356 036 to manage the return.
Documentation: We may request some proof, such as photos of the defective or incomplete product, to validate the return.
Return process: Once your request is approved, we will refund the amount through the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund period is 7 to 14 business days from the confirmation of the return.
Return costs: If the reason for the return is attributable to ABC Imprenta (defective product, incomplete product, delayed delivery, or incorrect size), we will cover the return costs. In any other case, the costs will be borne by the customer.
General Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, or unaltered, except in cases of factory defects or incorrect shipment.
- We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made products unless they have manufacturing defects.
